Legal Matters

SRB retains an attorney to handle any client concerns or tenant issues we may have, to ensure the matters are handled properly and in the most expedient manner possible.

We have a loyal group of local businesses we hire for repair and maintenance of all of our properties owned and managed.

Schedule Repairs

Move-in Checklists

Upon move-in, tenants are required to return to SRB an inspection checklist for the property. These checklists are reviewed for work that is needed immediately and also as the standard for when tenants vacate.

Available Units

Rental applicants submit a non-refundable $35.00 application fee. Upon approval, the application fee is applied to the first month's rent.

Accounting Services

Clients receive an itemized statement each month listing all rent collected and expenses paid on the clients' behalf. Clients also receive a 1099 at the end of the year for taxes. Arrangements can be made for SRB to pay property related bills from the rent proceeds.
