What This One-Time Service Includes: Start to Move-In

• Market your rental (online advertising + inquiry handling)
• Collect and process applications
• Screen applicants (income verification, rental history, and other standard screening criteria)
• Schedule and show the property to prospective tenants
• Prepare and provide our professional lease and required paperwork
• Coordinate lease signing and move-in details
• Collect the security deposit (and first month’s rent, if requested/part of your process)
• Turn over the completed move-in file so you can take over confidently

What Happens After Move-In?

This is a one-time tenant placement service—once the tenant is moved in and the file is turned over, you continue self-managing (rent collection, maintenance coordination, renewals, and ongoing communication).
